MONTH OF PLANNING
Truth be told, Rome wasn’t built in a day and it takes more than a day to effectively plan a celebration. At this point you have all of the details pretty much set (guest list finalized, vendors selected, favors purchased) but need someone to execute your vision and ensure that your day runs smoothly, so that you can enjoy yourselves and fully live in the moment. I will come in and take the lead four to six weeks out and guarantee that all of the details have been thoroughly planned & are up to par with your expectations and our standards. I’ll provide complete event management: finalize your timeline & floor plan, connect with your vendors to confirm logistics and load in/load out times & coordinate on the service timing with your caterer. I will also take the bulk of communication off of your plate so that you can focus on what’s most important.
PARTIAL PLANNING
You’ve been making great strides having selected your date, venue and a couple of key vendors but are finding yourselves inundated and overwhelmed with how to cohesively bring all of the elements together. Fret not; this package is perfect for you! First we’ll review where you’re at in the process and determine what’s left to be done. I will take co-lead in helping with the additional selection of vendors and setting up meetings. We will collaborate on designing a vision that best reflects your style and taste and most importantly, lay down the framework for the big day. You can count on me to step in and advocate on your behalf to outline the expectations that you have for the vendors that will be working with you. Final Prep Planning is also included in this package.
FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Congratulations, you’re engaged or have decided to host a special event but don’t have the slightest idea where to begin. Between work, life, friends and family obligations, planning a wedding or celebration seems like the most daunting of tasks. I will take the lead and be your eyes, ears and voice as it pertains to creating and executing your vision from start to finish. By the same token, I give clients options, lend my ear and listen well. This package covers everything from budgeting tools, contract negotiation, vendor selection & liaising and design styling. Where you can’t….I can! You can rest assured knowing that you’re in the trusted hands of a professional who will be with you every step of the way!
